Kayako integration and paid support

Question

Hi Guys,

 

We have used Kayako for about seven years so wish to keep using it. We have around 100,000 tickets now.

 

We want to offer a monthly paid support service using WHMCS. So my question;

 

Is it possible to limits support department to customer status? e.g. Customer with an active subscription can send a support ticket and a customer with no active subscription can't?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in WHMCS. This isn't currently a feature of WHMCS, however I'm sure this is something that could be coded on a custom basis: http://docs.whmcs.com/Developer_Resources

 

You may even find a third party has already implemented a solution: http://www.whmcs.com/appstore
