Change of domain details affect a lot of domains

Hello,

 

I us2.net with stargate configurated into whmcs.

 

Now, when i change the data of a domain that belongs to a client it changes the data of other domains that do not belong to it as well.

 

What should i do ?.

Hi,

This means the domains are all assigned to the same contact ID in the UK2/StarGate system. You will need to login to the control panel directly and change the Contact ID associated with the domain.

 

This is just a limitation of the LogicBoxes platform they use.
