eric9 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Hello WHMCS users: Paypal sends me a notification stating IPN messages are not being received by my server. After a few such notifications, Paypal disables IPN delivery and hence payment confirmation. This leaves our new customers wondering where is the service they just paid for. We in turn have to scramble to re-enable IPN in Paypal and resend IPN messages. We've been using WHMCS and Paypal with success for the last 5 months now. If so, in your PayPal account navigate to History > IPN History and click the Message ID link corresponding to a showing a failed IPN. ninak Posted September 11, 2013 Share Posted September 11, 2013 You may want to check with Paypal too as we were getting the same message. The only difference was that we were actually being notified and invoices were being marked paid.
