luizeduardo
Hi every1! I have search for this thread and haven´t found nothing like this on the forum, so i m opening it and asking for some lights on this! My current language is portuguese, so sometimes, customers name their files with some accentuations... When this happen, the file attachment is not coming with the ticket. It says "attachment" and there is nothing bellow. * We are using POP3 cron jobs to place emails on tickets queue. Any help on this? Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 21, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hi, WHMCS will strip non-accented characters from filenames as not all server configurations support them, but as long as it contains at-least one standard Latin character it would still attach.
luizeduardo
Hi john, The upload through whmcs is working fine (even with accentuation, works like you said!). My problem is when the attachment comes in a email ticket. Should i still needing to verify the latin character support on the server, or is it another problem?
