rockfire
Hello, I'm using Heart as my domain registrar / reseller. Every new customer who purchases hosting with a domain ends up with the domain using Heart's nameservers and DNS pointing to Heart. I understand that Heart have to use their nameservers for the setup purposes, but is there a way to get the DNS to automatically point to my hosting server upon registration via their API? Otherwise, every new customer must log into their Heart account (which they don't realise they have) and manage their own DNS (which most don't know how to). Thanks, Ed.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 21, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hi, As far as I understand HeartInternet do not allow this. Domains registered through them must always use their nameservers initially and can then be changed to custom nameservers afterwards. No other registrar of which I'm aware imposes such a restriction.
