Unable to Update Payment after upgraded

Hi,

 

I'm unable to update the payment for an invoice after upgraded from version 4.5.1 to version 5.2.7. It shows error:

 

Gateway Module '' is Missing or Invalid

 

But I checked and found the Gateway Module is there, after I clicked "submit", it shows the Invoice status changed to PAID, but the domain and hosting service date do not change, and the copy of the PAID invoice did not email to customer. Please advice..

Hi,

This suggests you have a payment gateway active but the file is missing from the /modules/gateways/ directory; it will probably be a custom module payment gateway you used at some point in the past.

 

To resolve this you'd need to re-upload the custom gateway file, then ensure you deactivate the module properly via the Setup > Payments > Payment Gateway page.
