Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration

Hi there,

 

I have been busy setting up my new version 5.2 and I'm new to WHMCS.

 

Everything else works fine except to domain thing.

I have watched all videos, read all documentation,

have set all prices for all TLD - all just for 1 year

have also tried to just have USD in there, normally

I have EUR and DKK as well, but keep getting

that error

Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration

 

Even when I try to make a new order from admin.

 

Please help

You have to set some kind of pricing for each TLD. Yes, that means you have to click on several different "Open Pricing" links for each different TLD. Until you set the pricing, you won't be able to register that particular TLD.

Perhaps post a link to your installation and send step-by-step instructions so we can try reproducing it?
