5.1.9 breaks .es domain transfer. State field is passed blank

Ever since I upgraded to 5.1.9 I can't process .es transfers. They all fail because WHMCS is supplying a blank "state" field to the API. I use NetEarthOne (i.e. Resellerclub module).

 

My ticket is WRC-709486. Matt asked for login details but then I didn't get any further replies and it's been two days already.

What error do you get when you try to process? I had a problem with a .eu transfer yesterday, I believe the error was something like "not supported".

The error is "state is invalid", or similar wording. I did check the debug module and the state field is indeed blank, so it's rejected by the API.

 

This started happening after they fixed the problem with the domain additional fields not being editable.
