arhost
Hello, When I renew the domain name by clicking on the renew button (admin area), the expiry date does not get updated, it was working fine before the update? Can any one confirm this? Thanks,
DimaK
I have simillar issue. when customer renew domain and I get "WHMCS Automatic Domain Renewal Successful" - domain really was renewed, but "Domain expiry date" - was not changed. It was in 5.1.8, I didn't check it in 5.1.9 yet. But and in 5.1.9 I have issue: if I Accept Pending Order (with domain name registration), then system send data to Registrar, domain is registered successfully, i get green message "successfull" , but domain still have status "Pending" and Exipation date 00/00/0000 ..... I tested it on specific domains, .ru,.ua, maybe bug is in the my registrar modules, I didn't checked it on .com domains yes. Can somebody confirm in 5.1.9 ?
DimaK
I tested on .COM domains - all works fine. And with "Automatic Domain Renewal Successful" - "Domain expiry date" is changed corectly and when I click Accept Pending Order - all wworks fine for .com domains. Problems with my custom modules.
positivemedium
I am having these same issues with 5.1.9 after upgrading from 5.1.7 (was working fine before the upgrade). I am using the Resellerclub module and am having these problems with .com domains as well as others.
DimaK
Developers of my registrar modules say: modules not change Expire Date or domain Status, they just send result of operation "success or fail". So something not correct in 5.1.8-5.1.9. Before these updates - these modules worked fine, after the update - not work.....

SeanP
Has this issue been resolved? I loaded 5.1.9 (upgraded from 5.1.7) in my dev environment. I am about to do some testing. I use the Resellerclub module. Sean

stormy
I have issues with the renewals: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76798-5-1-9-Renewal-for-multiple-domains-fails-halfway-through-but-no-error And with the state field: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76755-5-1-9-breaks-es-domain-transfer-State-field-is-passed-blank Matt has got the information about the state field bug since Monday, but he's not replying to the ticket. It looks like we're back to the old ways. Can you post your problems in those specific threads as well?

stormy
Those of you with problems processing the registrar commands: what are your memory limit and max execution time settings? Can you post in this thread? http://forums.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76858-PHP-memory-limit-and-max-execution-time-your-settings I'm asking because Andrew has replied to my ticket saying this: From your description it would sound like a memory limit or max execution time limit being exceeded when the domains were being renewed. With no confirmation, and no continuation of the renewal process, a fatal error must have occurred. As the domains were renewing OK up to this point, the above would be the only things that would make sense. Unfortunately a fatal error is just that, fatal. All processing stops and WHMCS is unable to log that an error has occurred. I don't think this would mark the domains as processed in the pending order though (i.e. I can't send them to the registry, and the checkboxes are not clickable).
positivemedium
WHMCS support provided me with a patch to resolve my domain registration/transfer issues with Resellerclub, so if you haven't opened a ticket with them yet you should.
DimaK
For which version is this patch ? for me support have answered: "A patch is not currently available for v5.1.8 or 5.1.9. Perhaps the user is confusing this with a different issue for an older version of v5.1?"
positivemedium
I was provided a replacement resellerclub.php file for my 5.1.9 installation. Is your issue specific to Resellerclub?
DimaK
oh, no, I have issue with all registrar modules I use except Enom. So I have to wait: ---------------- "I've been able to replicate this issue on my end as well, and do find this to be an issue within the software. I've opened case #3001 with our developers in order to have this resolved for future releases. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this. However, once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here: http://changelog.whmcs.com/" ----------------
positivemedium
We only use Enom and Resellerclub so that's likely why I only had the issue with Resellerclub. I have no idea why they fixed it for Resellerclub specifically with me if it's an issue with other registrars as well. They gave me the exact same format response for this bug that I found after upgrading to 5.1.8/5.1.9: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?76671-5-2-7-Unexpected-payment-method-value-Exiting
raeyo
OK - still having problems here with expiredate not updating. The result is that even if I set the status of the domainnames on ACTIVE again via sql command (they all stay in EXPIRE mode) that after each cronjob they are going back to EXPIRE status... this is a huge problem as when I mark a domainname as 'paid' the registrar will add +1 year (I set domainnames auto-renewal).. this means I'm registering the domainname for an additional year (2015 instead 2014) Does anyone knows a solution for this?
