Chris74 Posted July 7, 2013 Author Share Posted July 7, 2013 (edited) Hi, Sorry, I will try to explain again... The domain auto invoice issue is resolved. The tax issue is related to a couple of products that were accidentally created with the option to apply tax unchecked, then the customers were imported into WHMCS and the cron job processed. When the cron ran, the renewal invoices for these products were generated without tax. I need to update these invoices so that tax is applied. So these are unpaid invoices where no tax has been applied. I need to add tax, where no tax has been added previously. There are other unpaid invoices for domains and other products that do have tax added - so I don't want to add tax to all unpaid invoices.
