Cron Job Creating Tickets That do not Exist

Hi All,

I am currently trying to setup email to Ticket support, but having some issues.

Currently emails are sent to support@domain.com (Hosted in Office 365) which are then automatically forwarded to support@myaccount.domain.com (This is hosted within Cpanel server)

The forwarded emails are currently reaching the sub domain support account. I have created the cron job within cpanel, Within WHMCS i have created the support department, using the subdomain support account.

When the cron job runs, It does not pull the emails from support@myaccount.domain.com and it also creates a blank ticket with no subject and no message.

Has anyone come across this error before? Or got any ideas where it could be going wrong?

Thanks
