jllunell
Hi, i'm trying the filter funcion of the client area and it works quite bad. I don't know if its a misconfiguration or a bad function implementation. if i go to "supporttickets.php" and in my tickets list i have a ticket with number #824124 - test: If i filter by 824124 it generates this url "supporttickets.php?q=824124" but it does not filter anything, all tickets appear again. if i go to "clientarea.php?action=products" and in my products there is one with name EUROPE and i filter by EUROPE: it generates this url "clientarea.php?action=products" but no products are shown. What is happeing with this filter function? If it works like this, it's quite stupid, because it has no utility. Thank you.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 10, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 10, 2013 Hi, Please try searching without the "#" character. I'm not able to reproduce any problems locally in 5.2.5 using the default template. If you're using the latest version and the problem persists in the default template please open a support ticket so we can investigate.
