Reseller Central module API returning Invalid Package..help?

I have setup the RC server, and the product name in WHMCS module settings matches the product in my RC, the module logs show the request is fine, but the return is 'Invalid Package'. Anyone experience this, or know how to fix?

As the error is being returned by Reseller Central I think the best way to progress this would be to contact Reseller Central support.

I didn't see a solution to this so i just thought i try help. I had done the same thing but for package name you are supposed to prefix it with your RC username. For example if my RC login is "dave12" and the package Iam trying to setup is called "Ultimate", then the name you should enter for the package is "dave12_Ultimate"
