2Checkout invoices remains unpaid

Does anybody have experience with 2Checkout, specifically, how long does it take for the invoice to reflect as PAID in whmcs? In 2Checkout, the payment shows as approved and I also received the email from 2Checkout to say fraud checking has passed.

Hi,

You should start by checking the Billing > Gateway Log to see if there are any entries or errors from 2CheckOut.

If there are no entries it suggests you have not configured the Notification or Direct Return settings correctly, so double-check our documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/2CheckOut
