":2086" is the default port for WHM, not Cpanel. If regular shared account users are being sent there, that's not right. Looks like you're seeing that link from the admin login, and since you have WHM access it shows a WHM port?

2082 -> Cpanel

2083 -> Cpanel (https)

2086 -> WHM

2087 -> WHM (https)

From your admin area, find a shared customer and "log in as this user". See where that link leads from there.

Hello, Sorry about my english. I know that its not right. How do I correct this link? (It goes to http://:2086/xfercpanel/ from all user accounts. How do I change this so it will be http://mysellingsite.com:2086/xfercpanel/ )

right now it goes to - http://:2086/xfercpanel/

I need it to go to mysite/:2082

Ah. I think I understand.

That should be picking up the "hostname" set up as the server the account is being set up on. If you've created a server to set up hosting accounts on at let's say "myserver.domain.tld", then as an account is bought and set up, that will then have that "myserver.domain.tld" in there before the part you're seeing.

Have you set up the server you are putting hosting customers on within WHMCS yet?

--------------------------\/\/\/\/\/\/update\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/------------------------

ok i changed hostname in the servers and its showing my domain.. . but still nothing on the old accounts. How would I change the old accounts too? is this a template thing? or database thing?

Once the client logins, then goes to there hosting product, and then clicks login for some reason it goes to :2086something?? How would I change this so it goes to the correct domain name?

Your image is the *admin* side, so that is correct to go to the WHM ports

When the client is logged in they see the *client* side of WHMCS and that goes to the cpanel ports

So, first step, check if you really do have a "problem", login as a client, go to my services, list click the view/edit/manage button and then the "login to control panel" button at the bottom

The client side goes to http(s)://you-server-name-in-whmcs:2083

so ensure the server you have assigned to their account (which you can see in the admin side) is correctly setup in WHMCS

If you're still stuck PM me

* a picture of the admin side without the "redaction" on the data about server, domain etc, but DO still blank out the users password

* a picture of the server setup in whmcs - DO blank out the APIkey/Password but leave the rest intact

And i'll see if you've missed something

Sorry I think I made this a complete mess. It has nothing to do with the ports. It has to do with the domain name. The domain name doesn't popup in the browser.

Ok. I figured it out.. Once you change the hostname. it doesn't update on any of the other accounts. So my only questions is how to update all the other accounts. Will it automatically update or should I just go in and change it in the database.

I glanced through the database but no such luck really. I am going to have to look harder I guess

Ok I found out what it was in your mysql database > tblhosting > (column) Server > then change server to the correct id. You can mark this sloved. :)
