cyberstrider
I have upgraded from 5.1.7 to 5.2.5 today and after upgrading, I am unable to login to the admin area. I am getting the error URL: http://[myurl]/admin/login.php?incorrect=1 I have already been through an IP ban by attempting too many times. Have searched and searched but can not see anything that I may have done wrong. Any ideas? What am I missing? Regards Denesh
WHMCS Chris
Hello, Did you run the installer at yourdomain.com/install/install.php? If not, you've not updated the database schema which would be stopping your ability to login.
cyberstrider
Yup, I certainly did run it. I ran it again (after an hour) in case it had failed for some reason, just to be sure.
WHMCS Chris
Do you have a custom admin folder setup, if so - when you uploaded the new files, did you upload the ./admin files to your custom admin folder?

jljubich
Same issue here. We had to run a provided SQL to fix it. Curiously, every support department related pop email accounts passwords and DB backup related ftp accounts passwords were lost after upgrading; so, we had to retype, them. Now, we are getting serious troubles regarding cron and duplicated billing.
