Instead of this email the confirmation will be done in the Client Area via API or something like that.

I cant be dont like that as if you are reselling the module/API is coming from whoever you resell from and not the CA, you would need a modules from every CA direct. the approver email has nothing to do with whoever you resell from, this is to do with the CA, some SSL certs need more than the approver email ( ie some organizational and all EV certs need far more information to be faxed/posted documents sent direct to CA) and this is something that cannot be changed.

We deal with Comodo SSL and ALL certs require customer issuer interaction

positiveSSL comodoSSL require a validation email ( Domain Validated )

instantssl and higher all require a phonecall from comodo to the client to verify ( Company Validated )

EV speaks for itself ( sometimes feels like a proctologist exam )

Comodo are not the only ones that do this, all CAs do it the same way, so at some point with all SSL certs the client has to interact direct with the CA.

Yes you dont want your clients knowing you are using a 3rd party like gogetssl/resellerclub and no way during the proces would your client be aware of this unless you tell your client yourself. But your third party provider is not proving the SSL, these are being provided by the CA. Your provider has just listed the CA products at a price that gives them a profit when you purchase from them, just in the same way you list your providers products.

Their is nothing wrong is you dealing direct with a CA like Comodo, but we find that even as we have a Comodo account we get a better price for who we are dealing with at the moment were we can sell SSLs from several CAs

Part of the problem with direct connection between the customer and the CA - is that you don't have control on the alerts to renew and other communication. we need a way to send all the alerts and information with full control and customization (like language, text, logo and so on).

Yes - there are some types of SSL that you have to have direct connection between the customer and the CA (like EV and so on) - but lots of customers use rapid SSL or equivalent - in such case all can be done fully via the Client Area.

We don't want to remove the CA branding and so on - just to control all the process and communication.

No one can remove the connection between client and CA as this is part of any SSL process with any SSL certificate, if you are white label renewal etc, will be sent under your brand through your WHMCS if you are using a WHMCS module just like any other product, the CSR will be sent through your WHMCS to your supplier, the only communication your client will have with the CA is either a validation email or validation telephone call depending if they have a domain cert or a organisational cert. other than that everything will come through you.

You control all the communication from renewals, initial invoices etc... - The only email that will get sent out is a validation email (Only once per SSL). Once that is verified everything from there is on you depending on where you shop.

Comodo doesn't handle the renewal alerts for us, the only communication they have with a clients email address is the D.C.V. email, which in our case since we handle the whole process for them we set to hostmaster@domain.com and set a forwarder on the to the SSL administrator...so for 75% of our clients Comodo never addresses them directly. For the other 25% there maybe a verification call back done by Comodo, and as said before EV SSLs are a monkey all their own and its best to put the client and the CA Validation department together directly, and get out of the middle or someone might want some of your DNA too......

Hi, for SSL Certificates we currently recommend you to go for BigRock.in

BigRock is just a retail brand of DirectI, in my opinion its best to go directly to the source for integration, e.g., DirectI's LogicBoxes/ResellerClub APIs.
