Each month I get invoiced twice by WHMCS - Quite often it fails when I attempt to pay, for some reason of another. Today, it failed. After entering my credentials into my banks portal I get this from WHMCS... The transaction actually did go through - I just didnt get to see any confirmation. IMHO 3d secure is a mess.
