Why WHMCS is not replying my ticket and refund?

Sorry if this is a wrong place to post this thread (let me know where to), but it really urgent. I can not understand why WHMCS is not replying my support ticket.


After purchasing addon, I asked to deactivate Custom Package Addon and to refund me. Someone named Don R replied me once (at last 4th April) asking me if I need any help or to confirm the refund.


In reply, I confirmed the refund. But from after it, I am not getting any response of my ticket. I don't have much refund period left. The fact is, I have asked for refund within 2 days of purchase, but they are doing delay in response. What will happened if the moneyback period get expired because of their bad or delay customer support.


Honestly speaking, I have heard very good words about WHMCS and using WHMCS, so I believe there is any misunderstanding or something such. So, please let me know what is going on or what should I do?
