Hi,

 

Normally I wouldn't do this and would wait in line like everyone else but this isn't your normal support request.

 

I'm a reseller with 700+ licenses and it looks like your billing has had a hiccup. Please see http://awesomescreenshot.com/0ad151lv99

 

Now, I know I already pay you guys a lot of money each month but $4.7 million is pushing it. I don't really wish to have that much money in my account credit ;) so can this please be cancelled and someone investigate what the deuce happened before it suspends my licenses?
