rb-james
I received a cancellation request through WHMCS - then a little bit later I receive a support ticket from that user asking why his hosting was cancelled? I explained I received a cancellation request but he states he did not submit it. The real kicker is that there is NOT an account in WHM for him now. Anyone ran into this? What should I look for?
leckley
The cancellation process is fully automated if you have a module configured for the package. You will need to check the clients logs on his whmcs account to see what occurred.

bear
I mine it takes the cron to initiate the actual deletion. Yours ran immediately on submission?
leckley
I mine it takes the cron to initiate the actual deletion. Yours ran immediately on submission? It requires the cron or he has a nifty plugin running Looking at the logs his cron likely ran at 12:01 whereas the cancellation request came in at 23:32, so 28 minutes after the cancellation request the cron kicked off and deleted the account.
