Domains not being processed automatically

We have noticed on recent orders that domain names are not automatically being registered/transferred, we are having to go into "pending orders", select the registrar from the drop down list and check the boxes and then accept it.

The other parts of the order "hosting" are being automatically processed as normal.


This has only started to happen recently so not sure if it is a result of all the 5.2.1/5.2.2 issues, but I cannot find any settings that would cause this, anyone got any ideas ?
