louise
Hello, I have Wordpress installed in the public_html folder and then WHMCS is setup in the "billing" folder. Everything works fine. But, when I follow the instructions to create a custom page here http://docs.whmcs.com/Creating_Pages, when I try to access the custom page, I am taken back to the Wordpress 404 page. I have the generic wordpress .htaccess file in the public_html folder and no .htaccess file in the billing folder. If I add any html page within the billing folder, I can access it directly with no problems. What the heck am I doing wrong? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 7, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 7, 2013 Hi, If your custom page's php file definitely exists billing directory, then it could be the Wordpress .htaccess file interfering with stuff. Try adding the following line to /public_html/.htaccess RewriteBase /billing Where billing is the name of your whmcs directory. That should help.
louise
Thanks John, but that did not work. It still goes back to the WP 404 page. Louise
GrafikaWaylon
Hi Louise, did you manage to sort this issue out? I'm having the same problem and have tried almost everything to resolve it.
