MH-Stefan
I've noticed that WHMCS bills disk space overage based on the package limit, not based on the actual limit of the account. It ignores any custom values, although the limit is displayed correctly under Products/Services. This bug could probably also apply for the bandwidth overage.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 5, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 5, 2013 Hi, How have you set this custom value exactly?
dutchnet
When overage billing is activated the invoice due date is set equal to the invoice date. This is not correct. The invoice due date should be calculated upon the generation by adding a number of dates to the invoice generation date. The number of dates does not have to be equal to the default number of days before the due payment date to generate invoices.
MH-Stefan
Hi,How have you set this custom value exactly? The value has been set by editing the account in WHM. The custom value is perceived by WHMCS, as it displays correctly under the "Product/Services" tab. Right now the only solution would be to create a separate package in WHM and a separate product in WHMCS with the new limits, but this will clutter the package/product list over time and is hard to keep track of.
