Purchased - One Time No Branding - But showing WHMCS Powered by

Hello,

I purchased One Time No Branding which was $324.95.... No brand name shown for a while, however I when re-check after a week, the Powered by WHMCS link shown on the footer... I login in the admin area and it's gone... However its keep coming back if I am not login in every day...

 

I already informed the support, however they just took it as an easy stuff and never worked on fixing... I even send them the screen shot...

 

This is really disappointing.. I paid full however WHMCS is advertising on my site... How can Whmcs stop these kind of fraud activities...? What is the fix..

 

I went to several sites who uses WHCMS license and see these guys link on footer.. May be its the same case... If any support here, please advise....

 

I did not change hosting or IP adress for last 2 year and within last 3 months I seen atleast 15 times WHCMS powered by button shows up...

 

See attached 2 screen shots, one is before login in and logout admin area and one is the cheating from WHCMS...

Branding free doesn't cover the admin area, only the customer facing pages. are you sure it was missing in the admin area?

Those images are blurry and about an inch wide. Perhaps you need to do those again?
