hyperbuzzy
My owned, unbranded licence has stopped working. (no connection / invalid licence) I've installed the curl_test file and the ip that resolves on my server, on my local network and from many other DNS servers does not match the IP in the curl_test file. The IP in the test file states that http://www.whmcs.com should resolve to 208.74.120.227 Everywhere I can see resolves to either 190.93.242.179 or 190.93.241.179 My ticket is (#990135) and am waiting a response. I can't access my admin area. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.
Apoc
Not sure if this is related, but I'm suddenly getting: --- Your license key <cut> is invalid. Possible reasons for this include: An incorrect license key has been used The IP Address your system is using has changed The domain you are using has changed The directory you are using has changed --- Nothing changed on our end whatsoever, so it seems WHMCS is having issues with their licensing system.
Apoc
Now I'm getting: --- License Noconnection WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the past 7 days or more. Before you can access your WHMCS Admin Area again your license needs to be verified. Make sure you do not have a firewall blocking the connection to our server If you need assistance, email licensing@whmcs.com. --

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 11, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 11, 2013 Hi, Which version of WHMCS are you running please? I personally have 4.5 and 5.1 installations that are running fine, no outages reported either.
hyperbuzzy
I'm running 4.1.2 - I've been informed that an upgrade will resolve it but other than that there has not been any resolution. My issues still persist. @WHMCS Chris - I cannot respond to your PM. I don't have sufficient privileges. Yes I do have root access to my server.
