kenwardc
Hi Folks I got this error when checking out after renewing a domain online using Mastercard: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /var/www/html/whmcs/includes/tcpdf.php on line 8797 Has anyone ever seen this before and can tell me what's causing it? The system still generates the confirmation of the order which all looks good and has the correct detail. A second Email arrived addressed to the customer which said the order was confirmed. However the domain was not renewed with the registrar. Cheers Chris
kenwardc
Just as an addition.... The domain renewal invoice says "unpaid" so the gateway obviously hasn't worked either. Cheers Chris
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 13, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 13, 2013 Hi, This suggests a problem with your /whmcs/includes/tcpdf.php file, maybe it's been modified or corrupted? Try uploading a fresh copy of the file from the WHMCS zip file. You haven't mentioned which payment gateway you're using, but the gateway log is always the first place you should check for gateway related issues. You can access that in Billing > Gateway Log. There you will see the exact response coming from the payment gateway's system regarding why the payments are not completing so that should usually tell you what the issue is. We have collected some of the most most common errors and their causes, refer to the appropriate page for your payment gateway: http://docs.whmcs.com/Payment_Gateways If it's a gateway specific error code/message though then you might be best to contact the gateway providers support directly for advice on it.
