The Live chat addon you do for WHMCS, would I be able to link it to outside of WHMCS?

 

For example

WHMCS is at http://www.example.com/whmcs/'>http://www.example.com/whmcs/

Can I have a link on http://www.example.com

Not to highjack Garry's thread but another question on Live Chat.

 

Does it have any kind of Auto-Recover feature (User messages to chat but no one responds within x amount of time then a message can be sent to the visitor. It mentions Pre-Defined but doesn't go into detail on what it can do.

 

Also can it be setup to send message to AIM/YIM/GTalk etc?

 

I use Zopim now but Like the better integration into WHMCS this offers.

Hi,

The predefined messages are available for you to select and send to a user during a chat. You can customise a message to be displayed to visitors whilst they wait for an operator.

 

There isn't an integration with external messaging services, but there is the option for clients to reuest a callback via VOIP/Skype: http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/kb/423/
