cubemedia Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Hello, After I applied the last patch (Security Advisory for V4.5 & Google Checkout Users ) on V.4.5.3, WHMCS doesn't update when a user make a payment. Does any of you guys experienced this? If so the debug data and result may shed some light on what's happening. If there are no entries please double-check the IPN settings in your account are configured per our documentation @ http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal If that's configured correctly already, in your PayPal account navigate to History > IPN History and click the Message ID link corresponding to a transaction not recorded in WHMCS.
