quality Posted January 1, 2013 Share Posted January 1, 2013 Hello guys, I would like to know if this is possible to add the customer name at the beginning of the ticket body every time when admin reply to a ticket. For example, when the admin reply "This has been done" then the ticket body should get updated with "Hi {$firstname} This has been done" Where {$firstname} should be the customers first name. sparky Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I've had this done for quite some time. Just a matter of editing the tpl file in the admin template directory.
