Adding Customer Name When Replying a Ticket

Hello guys,

 

I would like to know if this is possible to add the customer name at the beginning of the ticket body every time when admin reply to a ticket.

 

For example, when the admin reply

 

"This has been done"

 

then the ticket body should get updated with

 

"Hi {$firstname}

This has been done"

 

Where {$firstname} should be the customers first name. Any custom hooks or something, anything possible for this ?
