Multiple domains, one client, seperate invoices?

Now that I've been using whmcs for a month, I've run into 2 different situations I'm not sure how to handle.

1. Client Bob operates 3 different business. siteA.com, siteB.com, siteC.com. Each business needs to have it's own name and mailing address on the invoice for accounting purposes. I was just going to set them up as separate clients, but Bob only uses one email address. I can't set up multiple clients with the same email address. If I setup his sites under one client, then they all have the same invoice address.

2. I have a client who is a designer. She is not a reseller, but wants to be listed as a contact on a bunch of other websites that I host. I can't put her email address on on more than clients.

How do I deal with the two things above?

Hi

I would try win an hack. Manually edit tblclients and print the same e-mail for the accounts involved. Anyway i don't recommend this because it's a working but messy and horrible solution. What the hell :D I mean Bob operates for 3 different business. What about creating an email for each company? If he doesn't want to manage so many emails he can redirect mails to his primary email. He can't pretend to manage 3 account with the same email! I wonder how can he login. Say "Dear Bob, i can't risk the integrity of my database just because you are lazy".

About the other question "Dear lady please explain me why i should add you as a contact under the accounts of other customers. I'm not even sure that it's legit. What's the point? If they want to add you they will."

pseconds sorry if i seem a bit aggressive. I'm just disappointed by the request of your customers. To some questions, there is only one right answer: "sorry, it's not my problem*".

* Untill you pay me. In this case probably i could think about it since you are asking me a custom solution just for you (no use for me).

I thought about manually entering it in the database, but was worried about what problems that might cause further down. My client with 3 business is not technical, it's a big deal to get him to check email. Regardless of his situation, I'd like to find a way to to this through the system.

As for the lady that needs to be added under multiple clients, the clients have requested this, but they can't add her because they get an error saying it already exists. She helps them with ongoing design and technical support.

About "Bob" question it's hard to find a solution because form validators prevent you from inserting the same address multiple times. If you are hosting his websites consider to create 3 emails for him instead of making buggy things with forms and database.

If the lady provide technical support why don't you just add a new department for her so the she can answer tickets?

Bob needs to use 3 different email addresses, even if he choose to then forward them to one central address

*contacts* are separate to *clients* :)

This is what we have been doing for years. I tell the client to just set up an email forward to their main email address. In your example lets say siteA.com is the primary account.

I would tell client to set up a forward something like mywebhost@siteB.com forwards to his siteA.com email address and the same for mywebhost@siteC.com forwards to same SiteA.com email account. Works really well with my clients. Keeps life really simple. Simple is good!
