I have problem with WHMCS 5.1.3. anyone know why it does not work when checking domain. after writing only the name field without www. ValerieCastle Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 I have the same problem, when checking for a domain to transfer or change the DNS options, the system shows me a domain registration error, saying the domain is invalid, I'm using the comparison cart template, the other templates seems to work ok.
