Alexandre B Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 Hello, I have a serious problem, my WHMCS is not generating invoices! this is happening to services that have the same domain. domains repeated if equal ... what do I do? forgot to comment, that is not happening for domain registration, is occurring with services ... I have a customer with 3 different services, and they do not use module ... the 3 services have the same domain in the "Domain" service ... to run the crontab, and generated only 1 bill with just one product being charged ... stormy Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 This usually happens when you delete a generated invoice for some reason (usually moving the product to another customer). The hidden database field is never updated. The workaround is to change the due date to one day earlier.
