Multiple invoice alerts when payment is credit card and now credit on file

Looks like if the invoice payment method is set to credit card and no credit card information is attached it tried to bill the invoice with no credit card. It also send to many email to clients.

 

Is there a way to fix this

Hi,

WHMCS will send the 'Credit Card Payment Due' email template every time you attempt payment on client with a credit card payment gateway and they have no card on file.

 

You can reduce the frequency with which you attempt payment under Setup > Automation Settings > Credit Card Charging Settings, or disable the email template entirely under Setup > Email Templates.
