Diginiq
For everyone who has this problem, This problem has caused by client who does not fill the "state" input on registration / checkout. You can solve it, by : 1. login as a client, and edit their detail account by filling "state" or 2. Ask your client to do it I hope this will help

Mr George
Hi, I'm having the same problem. I've added the state for the customer and tried to resubmit the transfer, but still get the same message. (Reselling domains using NEO)
Mr George
It's as if the original details without the state are being sent again instead of the updated address (with state). Any way to sort this out? (Don't want to delete/cancel the account and start again as hosting was included in the order and files have already been uploaded)
Mr George
Ok. So I realised I could delete the domain transfer order without deleting the hosting, so I did that. Added a new order for the transfer, but got the "Required parameter missing: state" error again even though the state is filled out. Is the old info stuck in the database and being picked out again because domain and EPP are the same? Can I edit a table somewhere?
Mr George
Ended up transferring manually through NEO as couldn't wait, but would still like to know how to sort this out for future occurrences. Anyone?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 15, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 15, 2014 Hi, If the client specified a contact for the domain, check their Contacts tab and make sure the state is also specified there.
