Cape Dave
For a company of this size, looking at a month old announcement about a security issue is simply not enough communication. What is going on? Any new releases coming up? What is being done to address past security issues? In general, I would like to see much more transparency and communication. Anyone else? DeanC
I *think* what Dave was trying to point out was the *lack* of communication, not that there was no where for it to happen.

Dave Dave, I'm sorry that there has been a lack in communication. I would like to state that it's not caused by a lack of activity on our side, but the contrary to that. We've been very busy handling development and support requests. We've made a ton of great progress and should have information to provide to everyone in the near future.

Cape Dave
It is my philosophy that any company of import, such as WHMCS, has an obligation to keep in touch with its customers. I am very sensitive to this with all companies that I deal with. I run the smallest yet fiercest web hosting company on the planet and my customers get a weekly newsletter about this, that or the other. I am glad you are busy, but we simply have no way of knowing that unless YOU tell us
wsa
like 2 or 3 year ago they have dev section that we see what they planning to add and have a newsletter what coming up now I don't see that no more

It's nice to "claim" that you've made progress, but it's kinda hard to believe when we get so little information. No one here is saying you haven't, but if you don't tell us what it exactly is, are we really going to believe it?

I apologize for the vagueness, however I didn't divulge into the specifics as we'll have a newsletter out regarding some of them shortly.
