scott_see
A client of mine received the email below. The problem is, there is no such thing as wordpress@hammock.net. And I can't find this email template. I contacted Stripe, the gateway I'm using, and they say they do not send out email. The Invoice ID is correct. I searched WHMCS, even doing a sql search using PHPmyAdmin and could not find wordpress@hammock.net. Where is this email coming from? My client got multiple copies of it. This really has me worried. easyhosting
is this a true payment they have made to you via an invoice or just a random email they received? If its just a random email then it is spam/phishing and should be ignored and even reported to the originating IP of the header.
