I'm having issues setting up auto-setup for shared web-hosting.

Hey guys.

 

Recently I started a small web-hosting business with my partner. But we're both quite confused on 1 small thing, hoping that the community would help out

 

Okay, well I'm trying to setup auto-setup for when users purchase web-hosting. Here is what I put:

 

SETUP > Service/Products > Servers:

And

And here is the setup in:

 

SETUP > General Settings > Product / Services > "Bronze Plan":

Now when they pay, it generates a username and password fine, but when they try login, it doesn't work. I've checked the WHM and there is no accounts created?

 

Also, if I try to add "create" their account like so:

Anyone please could you help me? I would really like to get this set-up ASAP!
