Damo
You can not run it locally without a development license. If your original license is from hostgator you will need to pay for a development license directly from WHMCS. Open a support ticket to get it organised.

Sorry if I am wrong but development keys are free.
Damo
They are free if you have your license directly with WHMCS. There's a small fee if your license is from somewhere else. As noted a support ticket will get it sorted for the OP.
easyhosting
Sorry if I am wrong but development keys are free. as stated if you get your main licence direct from WHMCS then a development licence is free if you get your main licence elsewhere it will cost a one off fee of $45. you just need to open a support ticket with WHMCS requesting one.
supernix
I didn't know they were free. This sure would have saved me a load of headaches.
easyhosting
This sure would have saved me a load of headaches. they sure do, as i dont get my licence direct i paid the $45 which is a small price to pay, especially with the issues in 5.1.2 as i ran this on the dev licence first and worked though any issues before upgrading my production version and even then 1 issue did not show until it was in production, but this was fixed within a few hours
