Serial or PIN email option

We are a VOIP Calling card provider.

Please let me know if we can add a feature where customer can BUY our calling card and after payment the calling card PIN or serial will be mailed to his email. for that we can upload in a Excel or csv file the PINS

Thanks for your reply. Please clear me before We order for the WHMCS if we can

1. Edit or add any thing in our Admin portal page. For example, We need to add a application or add a new page in Admin panel for Calling card PIN generation. Can we do that? Is your Admin panel is encrypted or protected for such kind of modification?

 

We have our own developer who will add or remove contents from the admin portal based on our requirements. We need to connect our existing VOIP server database and pull all the clients information in this WHMCS billing. Can we do thsi kind of modification within the Admin panel?

 

let me give you an example:

 

We have 6 VOIP servers with individual MYSQL. We need to integrate all these 6 server DB in this WHMCS DB. As our VOIP DB are real time, hence we need to fetch Data from all these servers in a regular interval. For that I think we need to add a Button or menu in your ADMIN panel. Can you allow this development?

The WHMCS software itself is Ioncube encoded so you cannot modify the code directly, instead we offer a range of tools including module development kits, action hooks and an API, the details of which are available at: http://docs.whmcs.com/Developer_Resources

 

If you wanted to add an additional page to the admin area to execute your custom code this certainly would be possible by creating an addon module: http://docs.whmcs.com/Addon_Modules
