Drew
I'm surprised to see posts here referring to slow service. I'd been working on a custom integration issue for days when I finally turned to WHMCS for support. Aaron responded within about 15 minutes and worked on my issue all afternoon, and then this morning John picked up where Aaron left off. They kept at it until they found a solution and implemented that solution at no charge. I'm extremely impressed.
shed
Well, we have had a support ticket open for weeks without reply, received contradictory support responses telling us one thing then another and generally poor response times over the past few months. Support used to be excellent. Now it is frustratingly bad.
steveharman
SOunds about right Terry. Ours wasn't resolved in over a MONTH so finally just closed it myself. Clearly unable or unwilling to fix the problem. Same goes for another couple of our tickets which were 'only' a couple of weeks old. Never had as bad response times from any other company as we've had from WHMCS. They say they'll be improving the situation and let's hope they do. But... stable door, horse... ?
Infopro
http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=57970 Tickets are being caught up at a very brisk pace right now. If you have an outstanding ticket, please feel free to contact me with the ticket ID and I'll make sure its looked into right away. Thanks!
