k3innovationengmbh
Hi there, I have a problem with the Domain Checker. We are reseller of 300 top level domains. But there are some domains (eg Greece .gr), where the system always returns an error. In addition, domain names with umlauts (Germany) can't be checked. That's why I asked how the domains are examined in WHMCS? Is there an internal mechanism or does is use an external provider to check domains? Thank you for your support. Greetings from Germany Philip
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 27, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 27, 2012 Hi, The domains are checked against the nameservers in the /includes/whoisservers.php file. Please ensure your server can connect to them, the vast majority on port 43.
