i need a re-suspend cron job, any help?

Hello,

 

if anyone Unsuspend one account from the WHM (cpanel) interface and the account its flagged Suspend in the whmcs i dont see any alert and the account still working in the webserver.

 

i try the import option but the site Indicates a Domain Already in WHMCS and in Sync, but dont are in sync! are active in the cpanel and suspended in the whmcs.

 

this is a bug? any way to automatic sync all the sites weekly?

Hi,

If you suspend/unsuspend an account directly on the server then WHMCS won't know about it, you'd need to manually update WHMCS. The best thing to do is only suspend/unsuspend accounts via WHMCS so the status is always correct.
