kmalik
Hello, I have set up WHMCS. Now I have added a few test clients. When I click close account under client summary it closes the account so they cannot log in etc. I was wondering where I could read specifics on what this does as well, is there a place where I can REACTIVATE a closed account, since it is not fully deleted? As well, is there a place I can see all WHMCS variables (for example). I am editing a E-mail Template for ticket creation by admin, and want to put whatever was in the ticket submission's "TO" area in the e-mail. Unfortunately I am unsure of the variable needed. Thank you for your time, Kamron
rodeoXtreme
From your Admin Portal, you can select the specific "closed" account and simply change the status to "active" or "inactive" from the Client Summary area "Profile" section. In regards to your email template section - I believe that all of the variables that are available are at the bottom of the email template page. Cheers!
