Okay I know WHMCS has an Afilliate program within their software, but I would like to know is if this can be hidden? meaning not offered to any "client" with a user name , rather just be available for whom a staff member puts a check in the affiliate box and then on the regular login, the affiliate button would appear if they are indeed an affiliate rather than having anyone click on to be an affiliate.

 

Hope this makes sense and hope to hear that its possible to do

Regrettably this isn't a feature WHMCS has as standard. However WHMCS is designed to be easy to customise so it's potentially something you could code yourself or hire a third party to do it for you - take a look at http://forum.whmcs.com/forumdisplay.php?49
