Ticket opened: 16/8/12

First Response: 20/8/12 - 4 days.

My Reply (advising the fix given did not work): 21/8/12

It then took 2 days to ask for login details so they could check it out for themselves: 23/08/12

Same day I replied with login details: 23/08/12.

 

Well its now 27th August and I dont have a reply.

 

On what planet is this good service?

Its been over a month since the cPanel announcment (which was the last announcement made) and its been what? 2 months since 5.1's release.

 

My request is due to a bug in the 'Bank Deposit' module - and not a general 'how do I do this' type request. Others also have this issue and its been discussed in the forum and were all waiting for a response.

Tell me about it slim... I have a major piping issue and they are taking their sweet time to respond. Why on earth am I paying monthly for the privileges of updates and "SUPPORT" if support is useless! I've let them know they have till the end of the week to resolve the issue that has been opened for over a week, otherwise I'm getting someone to do it for me and i'll be sending them the invoice for the time and money spent.
