My Reply (advising the fix given did not work): 21/8/12 It then took 2 days to ask for login details so they could check it out for themselves: 23/08/12 Same day I replied with login details: 23/08/12. Well its now 27th August and I dont have a reply. On what planet is this good service? Its been over a month since the cPanel announcment (which was the last announcement made) and its been what? 2 months since 5.1's release. My request is due to a bug in the 'Bank Deposit' module - and not a general 'how do I do this' type request. Why on earth am I paying monthly for the privileges of updates and "SUPPORT" if support is useless!
