JackArons
For the past two weeks cPanel has not worked on Host29 as the license has expired. Since Whmcs is suppose to be the support for this site and our continued requests have gone unanswered other than we are told to contact WHMCS to fix the problem. Some one needs to fix this problem now.

Your host may use WHMCS as their billing/client managemnt but the support for your site is not WHMCS it is your host.
JackArons
Well according to our hosting site they told us to contact you guys. And on their site is listed WHMCS as support. NO! You need to take it up with them or remove any reference to this site from their page.

Host29 LTD is only using WHMCS Software in their client area, nothing more... because they don't have a branded-free version of WHMCS, the message "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution" will appear in all of their pages, just like most of the WHMCS customers that are using their software.

EksoKen
Why contact Cpanel, they dont issue a new license if the old one is expired if you not buy a new one
easyhosting
Why contact Cpanel, they dont issue a new license if the old one is expired if you not buy a new one then they can buy a new one from them, but WHMCS is not the support for Host29. they can also use http://verify.cpanel.net/ so they can check using their IP to see where the licence was purchased from and when it was exipred or deactivated and by whom
