Alistair
Or do you mean that the product is usually supposed to cost money to normal clients, but when you place an order for yourself if should be free and not generate payment emails?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 27, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 27, 2012 Hi, This suggests you've set the service's Recurring Amount field to 0 on the client's Products/Services tab. If you don't want invoices generated then change the Billing Cycle to "Free" instead.
