INSERT INTO tbldownloads (`category`,`type`,`title`,`description`,`location`,`clientsonly`,`productdownload`) VALUES ('1','zip','hjjh','','','','')

Hi,

If this error is occurring in the client area only, then it suggests the template files are outdated, so please up;load a fresh copy of the ticket template files (supportticketsubmit-stepone.tpl, supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl & supportticketsubmit-confirm.tpl).

But if it's occurring in the admin area too then please open a support ticket with admin and FTP access for us to investigate.
