I get this error when I try and get my license for hostgator reseller account:

 

The domain you entered points to 10.0.0.2 which does not appear to be part of the HostGator network. This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostGator have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostGator support along with your IP for assistance

10.0.0.2 can't be the IP that your domain is hosted on. Check your DNS settings for your domain or tell us the domain name so we can provide more help.

ya it actually says this I pulled the other error text off the hostgator website:

This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostGator have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostGator support along with your IP for assistance."

so you have not yet pointed your domain to hostgator.

you need to do this at the domain registrar with the details you received when you signed up with Hostgator.

I have already changed the nameservers for this domain and I have access to WHM
